Online Order:

Please note that all purchases should be consumed within 2 hours of delivery or pick up. If ordering to pick-up, please be sure to arrive at the designated time.

 

Payment Transaction:

Credit card transactions are conducted through the Square payment system. Credit card numbers are therefore not stored on our servers to ensure your security. Please refer to Square’s own terms and conditions for further information of credit card information storage.

 

Order Cancellation:

Please ensure that all details on your online order are correct before submission as once you have submitted, no changes are permitted. If a mistake has been made please contact us via the website as soon as possible to see if amendments are possible. If you decide to cancel within 24 hours of the pick up time, a cancellation fee of $20.00 will apply. Sushi & Nori will refund, net of cancellation fee, to your nominated card.

 

Allergens Information:

Please note that Sushi & Nori does not cater to gluten-free dietary requirements. For orders that require special allergen care, please make a special note when ordering online and we will endeavour to provide an allergen-free alternative. However, due to cross-contamination during store operations, we cannot guarantee 100% that our products are allergen free.
